Personal Information.

When placing an order with NSA Baits we ask for several items of personal data which enables us to process your order. Including your name, address and telephone number. All of the information supplied is used solely for order processing purposes and will never be sold, given, shared or traded with any other company. Your information will only be passed on where needed to complete your order.

Why we need this information?

The information we ask for is minimal and is for the sole purpose of billing and delivery. If you choose to have your order sent by courier they will ask the same details from ourselves as we ask from you. i.e. Name, Delivery Address, Contact number.

"Will My Personal Information Be Safe?"

We NSA Baits we try to keep our website as simple as possible and use tried and tested systems. This avoids complex shopping carts and at the same time this minimises the potential loop holes that internet hackers can exploit. 

We use a simple e-mail ordering system via British Telecom Backed up by Symantec Internet Security (BT Internet & Norton).
To Back this up we also use Norton Internet security on all of our order processing PC's too.

"Who Has Access To My Personal Information?"

Only management at NSA Baits have access to the personal information provided on your order form.
This is username and password protected.

Even though we strive to preserve customer privacy ther may be cases where we need to disclose information when required by UK law. Either due to a court order, judicial proceeding, or any legal process served on NSA Baits.com .

 

Website Data Collection.

Our website uses logging software for the sole purpose of improving your shopping experience (and making sure we don't run out of stock).

Our software looks at your IP which includes NO personal information. All we record is which pages get viewed most often and how you found us or which website you linked to us from. Simple as that. We do not utilise Cookies as it is not required.
