This varies depending on the type of goods ordered. Some items can only be shipped on specific days such as perishable goods like prepared particles. As a general rule.....
Dry Goods such as pellets, particles and groundbaits
3-5 days NOT including weekends or Bank holidays
Prepared fresh particles
Order must be recieved by Friday night at 18:00 so we can ship on Monday or Tuesday after the weekend. All orders recieved over the weekend will fall into the following weeks shipment. So your order can take between 5-9 days including delivery depending on the time of week you order.
Fresh Boilies
We have to use a lsiding scale for this product as you will appreciate. The more you order the longer it takes to prepare them. Also if you order freezer baits rather than shelf life we have to ship them on specific days. e.g. 10Kg shelf life boilies will be shipped in 3-4 days plus delivery time. 1Kg of freezer baits on the other hand may have to wait until the next Monday or Tuesday to be shipped so up to 9 days.
2. Once shipped how long does delivery take?
We offer a standard delivery service using Parcelforce 24hr. This is charged per 25Kg weight not by the parcel count.
At our discretion we may alter your service level but this will incur no additional cost and will always be to a higher service level.
3. I don't want to pay for shipping. Can I collect?
Yes this is an option you can choose when you 'check out'. Once your order is ready for collection we give you a call to arrange a time slot for collection. Due to the nature of our business and having no shop front, we offer collection times on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays just after lunch. These collection times are by no means set in stone and we try to be as flexible as possible. So if the times we offer don't fit your schedule please ask.
Yes. Once we ship your order we update your order within your account to include its consignment number. Simply click on your order in your account and click on the tracking link and it will send you to our couriers tracking page for the consignment. From here you will be able to see where your shipment is along it's journey.
NOTE: NSA Baits & Feeds have no control over the tracking system and we can only assist with tracking issues via our courier.
5. I'm at work all day can the courier deliver to another address or my workplace?
Yes. Once you have signed up for an NSA Baits & Tackle account you can add as many shipping addresses as you want for one click future use with your own easy to recognise names. These can be your primary (Home), Work, family members or even your next door neighbours address. Each time you check out just select the address you want to use it's as simple as that.
6. The delivery driver came and I wasn't at home what do I do?
Your driver should have left you a calling card with the local depot number on it. We do not have this information so it is quicker and easier for you to call the depot yourself and re-arrange delivery. If you do not recieve a calling card and the parcel tracking on your NSA Baits & Tackle account says a delivery has been attempted please email us straight away so we can resolve this matter for you and re-arrange delivery.
7. I keep missing the delivery driver what now?
As a general rule our courier will try to deliver 3 times. 1st attempt and 2x re-delivery attempts. Each time the courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the parcel or advise the courier of a safe place to leave your parcel if you did not do this at the time of ordering with NSA Baits & Tackle. After the 3rd attempt the courier company may return the parcel to us at NSA Baits & Tackle. If this happens you will need to pay again for delivery.
8. I need prepared particles in a hurry. Do you have any frozen?
All of our prepared particles are prepared to order unfortunately. We can however do a 2-3 day turnaround for customers that wish to pick up their order. This however is dependant on work load and is offered on an ad-hoc basis. You will need to contact us first to discuss whether we can meet your requirements.
9. I need boilies in a hurry. Do you have any I can collect?
All of our boilies are prepared to order whether they are shelf life or not. We can however offer a quick turn around for smaller orders if you can collect. This is offered on an ad-hoc basis so you will need to contact us first before ordering to discuss if we can meet the time scale.
10. Can I pop in for a look around at your products?
We don't have a shop front as such as we are entirely an ecommerce company. Besides theres not much to see at our depot other than barrels, pallets, sacks and machinery. (Pretty boring really!)
11. I don't like using my Debit/Credit card online. Can I pay over the phone?
Yes this is one of our payment options. Just choose the pay over the phone option when you check out and give us a call or wait for us to call you. The choice is yours.
12. Do you sell to the trade?
Yes. All orders however are processed offline and you will need to contact us by phone or email. We will also require proof that you are running a business and need at least 2 trade references. 13. Can I have an invoice to show a fishery my particles have been correctly prepared?
Yes. This is something you can do for yourself and is a feature of your account. Simply click on your order from your account page and click the invoice number for the order. This will open a PDF document that you can print out. It includes our full business details including VAT registration number. You will need Adobe Acrobat reader to view and print your invoice.
