Why are some products "Special Order" items?

A product bearing the "Special Order" button (which probably landed you on this page) are items that we don't keep on the shelf at all times. These include:

• Prepared Particles
• Boilies (We only roll fresh per order)
• Basemixes
• Short shelf life products
• Specialist bait products
• Low sale volume products

This ensures that the goods you receive are as fresh/new as possible and in the best possible condition.

Will this delay my purchase being delivered?

Sometimes a "Special Order" item can add up to a maximum of 7 days to your order. However most of the "Special Order" items are available to us next working day and will be shipped straight back out to our customers. Thereby adding only 24hrs onto the lead time.
