NSA Baits & Tackle Delivery & Pickup Options

At NSA Baits & Tackle we believe buying a product from an e-commerce company like ourselves should save you a few quid, but all too often the money saved by buying online can be easily lost in shipping charges. So as you would expect of us we have several options for you to choose from to get your purchase to your front door.The delivery options range from FREE to "Priced Per Order" courier shipments. If possible we try to avoid delivery charges altogether and give you the option of just picking your bait up.

All times given below are those quoted by the individual courier services for their "delivery times" once the parcel has been collected from us.



Local Pick-Up

You can collect from our collection point in Eggborough ( J34 M62, near Selby). Collections are only available on Wednesday evenings after 6:30pm and Saturday lunchtimes between 12:30pm & 1:30pm. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection and arrange a convenient time for you to collect.

You will be advised by email when your order is ready for collection.



Postal & Courier Services

Royal Mail

  • We use a signed for service for all small shipments up to and including 750g.
  • Takes up to 3 working days for delivery once shipped and will be held at a local post office if you aren't available to sign at the time of delivery.



Hermes

  • A signed for service that can be used for items up to and including 5kg.
  • Takes up to 3 working days for delivery once shipped.
  • Parcels can be left in a designated "Safe Place".
  • Leaving goods without a signature is at your own risk and invalidates standard shipment insurance. Therefore NSA Baits & Tackle cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your parcel during transport or after delivery by the courier IF you do not sign for your delivery.



Parcelforce Express.

  • For those of you that buy larger quantities this service offers is a bulk buyers the cheapest delivery option.
  • Delivery within 2 working days once shipped. Ideal for delivery to your place of work if required (Just change the shipping details before you check out)
  • Leaving goods without a signature is at your own risk and invalidates standard shipment insurance. Therefore NSA Baits & Tackle cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your parcel during transport or after delivery by the courier IF you do not sign for your delivery.
  • £7.50 per 25Kg's of your order. e.g.100Kg's = £30



Pallet Shipments.

For real bulk buyers. Your best option when buying as a group, for a club or for fishery owners. Our shipping service also includes handling equipment so you don't even need a forklift truck to handle the pallet upon delivery.

£55 per 500Kg of your order.

Important

  • All shipped products which are returned un-delivered will incur a £10 charge to cover our costs. Where re-delivery is requested by the customer, delivery costs will need to be paid for in full before re-shipment.
  • Full delivery address including postcode will be required on the order page, along with your contact phone number for all delivery options. Details of your "Safe place" should be included for deliveries if you wish to use the signature free option. If you want your parcel delivered to an alternate address please let us know in the additional text page before you check out.



Returns Policy.

  • Non-perishable goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase where a refund is required. (NSA Baits will deduct carriage costs from the refund). Return carriage is to be payed for by the customer.
  • Where bait has been damaged during shipment to the buyer, replacement goods will be provided. You must sign for the item as "recieved damaged" to enable us to process your claim.
  • Made to order baits such as prepared particles are non refundable.
  • Failure to return (or have available for collection) any products you wish to be replaced or credited to NSA Baits & Feed, in full and undamaged packaging, in a condition fit for resale (unless faulty or received damaged) will result in a loss of rights for product replacement, exchange or credit from NSA Baits & Feed. Faulty or damaged goods must also be returned in full if a credit, replacement or exchange of goods is sought.
  • All returned goods must be in their original packaging with seals (where applicable) intact.
  • Returns must only be sent by a service with insurance covering above the value of the items being returned.
  • Damaged returns will not be refunded.
  • What rights do I have as an e-consumer? Under distance selling regulations (which apply only in the EEA) you have the right:
  • To return goods within seven days of their receipt, and require a refund (the supplier is entitled to deduct the costs of carriage).
  • There are exceptions for perishable goods, custom-made goods, and dated goods.
