As most of our shoppers are aware we always endeavour to meet our customers needs. However you need to be aware of the following.
Customer registration.
All customers must supply a valid mailing address & contact number. Failure to do so will result in delaying your order. Even if you choose to pick up your order from the depot we still need the above details as they are a legal requirement of the site.
Order Completion.
All prices shown are in £'s sterling. If we suspect there has been an error made in pricing you will be informed by NSA Baits & Tackle staff prior to NSA Baits & Tackle sending you your goods ordered.
If products are currently un-available you will be contacted by NSA Baits & Tackle staff to discuss your order. Until NSA Baits & Tackle and the customer are satisfied that both parties have confirmed the progression or adjustment to an order no further action will be taken with order processing.
All orders have a 7 working day lead time unless otherwise stated. Lead time starts after payment has been received in full and cleared with our bank or Paypal where applicable. Where payment is received outside of our quoted opening hours, lead time will start the next available working day. Lead time does not include bank holidays or any time in transit with our courier services supplied.
Prepared particle baits and fresh/freezer bait boilies and other perishable goods that require the use of one of our delivery services are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. All orders for these baits must be completed and payment processed/cleared with our bank before 6pm on the preceding Friday at the latest.
All images, descriptive matter & specifications on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods available from NSA Baits & Tackle.

All goods are shipped in a "Fit for Purpose" condition.
What rights do I have as an e-consumer? Under distance selling regulations (which apply only in the EEA) you have the right:
To have the sale and delivery of goods completed within 30 days of your order (unless the parties to the sale agree otherwise)
To a refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days if the goods you ordered are unavailable.
To cancel a payment where goods have been ordered through unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit or debit card.
Returns Policy.
Non-perishable goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase where a refund is required. (NSA Baits & Tackle will deduct carriage costs from the refund). Return carriage is to be payed for by the customer.
Bait whether shelf life, made to order or otherwise is non-refundable. Where bait has been damaged during shipment to the buyer, replacement goods will be provided.
Failure to return (or have available for collection) any products you wish to be replaced or credited to NSA Baits & Feed, in full and undamaged packaging, in a condition fit for resale (unless faulty or received damaged) will result in a loss of rights for product replacement, exchange or credit from NSA Baits & Feed. Faulty or damaged goods must also be returned in full if a credit, replacement or exchange of goods is sought.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging with seals (where applicable) intact.
Returns must only be sent by a service with insurance covering above the value of the items being returned.
Damaged returns (Unless received damaged) will not be refunded.
What rights do I have as an e-consumer? Under distance selling regulations (which apply only in the EEA) you have the right:
To return goods within seven days of their receipt, and require a refund (the supplier is entitled to deduct the costs of carriage).
There are exceptions for perishable goods, custom-made goods, and dated goods.
